Questions
The things clients ask first.
Do you work with both U.S. and Canadian businesses?
Yes — that's our specialty. We serve businesses incorporated in the U.S., in Canada, and companies operating across both. Our team includes CPAs licensed in each country, so you get one point of contact instead of juggling two firms.
Which accounting software do you support?
QuickBooks Online is our primary platform and we're certified ProAdvisors, but we also work in Xero, Wave, and Sage. If you're on desktop or spreadsheets, we'll migrate you cleanly as part of onboarding.
Can you handle multi-currency bookkeeping?
Absolutely. We record transactions in their native currency, revalue balances at period-end, and produce statements in your reporting currency with foreign-exchange gains and losses broken out clearly.
My books are months behind. Can you catch me up?
That's one of our most common projects. We run a diagnostic, quote a fixed catch-up fee based on the number of months and transaction volume, then bring you current before rolling into a monthly plan.
Do you also file our taxes?
Yes. We prepare and file corporate returns (1120 / 1120-S in the U.S., T2 in Canada), personal returns, sales-tax filings (GST/HST, PST, and U.S. state sales tax), and year-end slips such as W-2, 1099, and T4.
Is my financial data secure?
Every file exchange runs through an encrypted client portal, access is role-restricted, and we use multi-factor authentication on every system that touches your data. We never store banking credentials.
